COVID-19 Short Term Rental Assistance Form

Waukesha County & Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) are partnering to provide short-term rental assistance to qualified individuals who have been affected financially by COVID-19.

This program may be able to help you cover your rent, including previous months owed to your landlord. Funding is available through December 31, 2021. To take advantage of this program, or for more information please fill out the contact form below.
