Current Needs

Would you like to make an immediate and direct impact on an LSS program? Our needs are great, and the wish list below offers you the opportunity to reach out and directly affect people who are hurting. The requests come from our programs throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. A gift in any amount will make a big difference, and your donation can go towards the need of your choice. By working together, we can continue to help people improve the quality of their lives.

• $25-100 - Blenders, irons and ironing boards, basic tool sets, rice cookers, microwaves, fans, radios, CD/tape player, DVD players, baking utensils, coupons and gift certificates for outings or haircuts, baby toys, lamps, desk chairs, holiday decorations, fishing equipment, old video games, musical instruments, towels and linens.
• $101-200 - Food processors, computer printers, car seats, strollers, wagons, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, television sets, gas or charcoal grills, picnic tables, bicycles, outdoor sports equipment. Yearly membership to zoos and museums for group home outings are also in need.
• $201-300 - Freezer chests, bed frames, cribs, educational videos, books and pamphlets. Video cameras, dressers, mattresses, box springs, office furniture, computer upgrades, dining room tables and chairs.
• $301-500 - Monthly rent for homeless 18-21 year-olds, couches, kitchen floors, carpeting, and snow blowers.
• $501 & up - Remodeling projects, copier machines, 15- passenger vans, computers, stoves, washers and dryers.
