Substance Abuse and Homeless Prevention Program
Substance Abuse and Homeless Prevention (SAHP) program addresses the correlation between substance abuse and homelessness and serves families and individuals who are at risk of being homeless and who have a history of substance abuse. This program assists families and individuals while they make the transition from substance abuse and homelessness to safe, secure and permanent housing. The SAHP program promotes independence, self-sufficiency and personal responsibility.

Welcome Home
The Welcome Home program helps individuals and families make the transition from homelessness to safe, secure and permanent housing. In addition, the program provides rental assistance and support services along with personalized services to help participants achieve self-identified goals.
