Representative Payee

Financial decisions can be difficult for someone with a disability as well as the day-to-day need to pay the bills. LSS can support people by becoming a Representative Payee. LSS is named the Representative Payee through the Social Security Administration. LSS provides someone to work with the person to manage their dollars and assist them to pay their monthly bills including rent, utilities, food and other financial needs to ensure these basic needs are met. LSS treats the person with dignity and respect while supporting them to live as independently as possible improving the quality of their life.
