Additional Addictions Services

Recovery Enhancement Placement (REP):

REP provides unique services combining treatment foster care, targeted addiction services, and responsive case management to best serve the needs of addicted youth. Youth in need of out-of-home placement during addiction treatment are screened for one of two levels of services.  All youth who qualify for REP are placed in a treatment foster home, skilled in working with addiction and recovery, for a period of 6-18 weeks.

Sober Living Apartments:

In the Eau Claire area, LSS offers three Sober Living Houses, with residents paying only a low monthly rent.  Qualified applicants for these homes are those who have completed treatment, are employed, committed and active in their recovery, and willing to follow basic house rules.

A/C Task Force:

The Task Force has provided two annual state-wide trainings, totalling 24-hours/year, for the past 20+ years.  Workshops are held spring and fall.

Gambling Addictions:

The fastest rising addiction in America is the hidden addiction of Compulsive Gambling, and because of this, there has been an increasing need for gambling treatment. Few places offer "gambling specific" in-patient treatment, and fewer yet offer treatment by Nationally Certified Gambling Counselors - LSS has both.
